Abstract:

The purpose of the research is to explore the important role of public policy and its implementation in the context of public services and understand how public policy is implemented within the framework of public services and its impact on community welfare. The research methodology in this study is descriptive and based on a library research strategy. Both content and descriptive analysis are employed. According to the study’s findings, public service is any endeavour by an individual or organisation that relies on material resources and follows established protocols in order to advance the interests of others in accordance with their rights. It also includes any actions taken by government officials to meet community needs in compliance with laws and regulations, such as regulating, advising, providing facilities and services, and so on. The goal of policy implementation is to establish a system that enables government agencies to achieve public policy goals by incorporating different groups of people, including policy stakeholders, in their work. This system should link policy objectives with the outcomes of government actions.
